WHO WE ARE?

Lahore Organization Development Network (LODN) has been established for promoting the field of Organization Development and growth of OD professionals in Pakistan. LODN is committed to providing world class OD Consulting Services and products.The fortunes include Naureen Anwar, Hira Munir and Khadija Iqbal, students of M-phil [2010-2012] at Kinnaird College for women has developed a platform where students, practitioners, consultants, professionals can share and collect relevant OD information that how, when and in what ways it can be practiced in organization/institutions.



The whole project was done under the privileged supervision of our profound teacher Sir Khaild Salim, who has been the source of our motivation and idea generation about this project all the way till this stage. In light of this aspect, we would like to dedicate this peace of art to Sir Khaild Salim, who’s been our mentor in this regard.
We are proud to be the pioneers in commencing a professional OD network in Pakistan. The initiative was taken with the objective to introduce a proper, defined OD system in Pakistani organizations.We are a diverse community of students, practitioners and those interested in developing practices, tools and skills that create a positive impact in the workplace. Our work is grounded in social and behavioral sciences and research, and optimizes organizational change and performance.We provide innovative programs, events and web-based forums where participants learn from thought leaders as well as each other.

Our goal is to provide practical solutions that can be used in the workplace, and to create an atmosphere where our members can meet each other, exchange ideas, and learn from each other’s unique experiences.
